在2020年到来之际，国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）新一届中国分会理事会成立，预示着SITE中国分会将开启新的篇章。

1）主席：刘平，获CIS认证

欣欣翼翔国际会议有限公司和欣欣翼翔国际旅行社有限公司创始人

刘平有着二十多年的奖励旅游和会议产业的从业经验，是欣欣翼翔国际会议有限公司和欣欣翼翔目的地管理公司（以下简称欣欣翼翔）的创始人。刘平是SITE (国际奖励旅游精英协会) 首位来自中国大陆的国际理事(2008-2014)、MPI（世界会议专业工作者联盟）会员和WPCOA（世界专业会议组织者联盟）的发起人之一。 

欣欣翼翔是ICCA（国际大会协会）和ADMEI（国际目的地管理者协会）的会员单位，最近又通过严格的审查获准加入了IAPCO（国际PCO协会），成为中国大陆本土企业首家会员单位。刘平于2009年荣获法兰克福IMEX学院奖。在2017年中国会议产业大会上，刘平入选首批中国会奖名人汇。

Founder of China Star International Conference Co., Ltd. and China Star International Travel Agency Co., Ltd.

With more than twenty years’ experience in the industry of meeting, incentive travel, conference and event (MICE), Liu Ping is the founder of China Star, a Professional Conference Organizer and a Destination Management Company. She is active in several international industry associations such as Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and International Association of PCO (IAPCO). She was the first international board director of SITE (2008-2014) from mainland China and is one of the founders of World PCO Alliance (WPCOA). Liu Ping is highly recognized in MICE industry global-wide and received Frankfurt IMEX Academy Award in 2009. In China Meetings Industry Convention 2017, Liu Ping was named, as one of the first five Chinese meeting professionals, in the China Meetings Hall of Fame.

On August 5, 2013, Xu Zheng founded Shanghai Eastar Event management Co., Ltd. Adhering to the concept of people-oriented, customer first, and perfection, the company has gone from an ordinary to an extraordinary road, and has achieved relatively brilliant results. It has witnessed and accompanied the rapid development of the Shanghai exhibition market. She has directly participated in the construction of Shanghai as an internationally renowned tourist city and a capital of conferences and incentive travel. With 70 employees, she set up companies in Shanghai and Beijing and set up Jingxuan Cultural Communication as well, representing international brand hotels, cruise ships, associations in China in marketing and events, and created their own brand conference or forums. General Secretary: Violet Wang， 

Head of PW China, Pacific World

Violet Wang grew up in Shanghai, and had her first opportunity to enter the core of the tourism business through her internship experience at Pacific World.  Pacific World Group is a global destination and event management company with operations in more than 30 countries around the world. Here, her passion of travel is recognized by many of the projects she undertakes as project managers. Since 2009, Violet Wang has become the team leader and is responsible for event operations, negative company marketing, public relations and business development. Since 2015, Violet Wang has been committed to the development of events, holding various positions in conferences and event management, and developing business opportunities and public relations for the company by accelerating network operations brought about by event operations and inter-departmental cooperation, encouraging global knowledge sharing .

Violet Wang has been an active member of SITE since 2018. As part of the World Platform, Pacific World(China), as its country head, is committed to contributing its expertise and resources at the SITE China Chapter. She hopes that Pacific World(China) will serve as a global platform to enhance tourism in China. Reward and recognized by the industry, she collects feedback and voices from international markets, thereby playing a role and responsibility in public relations and marketing.

4）教育与培训理事：姚红，获CIS认证

博悦咨询（北京）有限公司董事总经理

姚红女士从1983年参加工作以来为中国国旅CITS服务30多年，多年从事旅游产品设计与开发，会奖活动创意与管理，协会会议竞标与管理，城市会展目的地推广咨询。

姚红女士2005年加入国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）。2005-2006年积极参加国际奖励旅游精英协会中国分会（SITE中国）的组建工作，分别任筹委会理事，2006年国际奖励旅游精英协会中国分会（SITE中国）成立，任理事会理事。积极从事会员发展和会员专业培训工作。2009年2月在重新选举的国际奖励旅游精英协会中国分会理事会上，被选为中国分会副主席。她参与了北京竞标2012年国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）全球大会的竞标和实施工作，并使大会在北京成功举办。后被国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）选举为2015年-2017年国际理事，并再次当选2018年-2020年SITE国际理事。她是2018年国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）在厦门举办的会奖旅游专家CIS培训和SITE企业活动管理证书培训的助教。

Board Director for Education: Alicia Yao，CIS

Managing Director of IME Consulting Co., Ltd.

Ms. Alicia Yao Hong has been serving CITS China for more than 30 years since she joined the work in 1983. She has been engaged in the design and development of tourism products, creative and management of MICE events, bidding and management of association meetings, and destinations promotion consulting for city convention and exhibition bureaus.

Ms. Yao Hong joined SITE in 2005. From 2005 to 2006, he actively participated in the establishment of SITE China chapter, and served as a member of the preparatory committee. Actively engaged in member development and professional training. In February 2009, she was elected as the Vice-Chairman of the SITE China Chapter. She participated in the bidding and implementation of the Beijing 2012 SITE Global Conference and made the conference successfully held in Beijing. Later, she was elected as the 2015-2017 global board director, and was re-elected for the 2018-2020 turns. She is a trainer of the CIS training in Xiamen 2018 and assistant for SITE corporate event management certificate training in Xiamen in 2019.

5）活动理事：林乐

厦门国贸会展运营有限公司展览部首席经理

林乐，研究生学历，2009年7月参加工作。2009年7月至2011年6月任中国外运厦门船务代理有限公司船务部操作主管；2011年6月至2014年1月任厦门国贸泰达物流有限公司营销一部职员（其间：2013.5--2013.12 厦门国贸控股集团有限公司总裁办公室交流）。

2014年1月至2019年4月任厦门国贸集团股份有限公司人力资源部企业文化专员、总裁办公室品牌主管（期间2018年5月至2019年1月于厦门市会议展览事务局交流学习）。2019年4月至2019年10月任厦门国贸展会运营公司展览部项目经理；2019年11月至今任厦门国贸展会运营公司展览部首席经理；2018年将国际会奖精英协会（SITE）的CIS培训和SITE中国高峰会以及2019年的CITP的初级培训和SITE亚太领袖高峰会落地厦门，并负责厦门会展周等活动。

Leo Lin, joined started his job in July 2009. From July 2009 to June 2011, he served as the operation director of the shipping department of Sinotrans Xiamen Shipping Agency Co., Ltd . From June 2011 to January 2014, he served as an employee of the marketing department of Xiamen International Trade TEDA Logistics Co., Ltd. (During: 2013.5- -2013.12 Xiamen International Trade Holding Group Co., Ltd. President Office Exchange).

From January 2014 to April 2019, he served as Corporate Culture Specialist of Human Resources Department of Xiamen ITG Group Co. Ltd. Exchange study in Xiamen Conference and Exhibition Bureau in April; served as the project manager of the exhibition department of Xiamen ITG MICE Operation Company from April 2019 to October 2019; served as the chief manager of the exhibition department of Xiamen ITG MICE Operation Company from November 2019 to present. He helped SITE's CIS training with The SITE China Summit located in Xiamen in 2018 and CITP's junior training with SITE Asia-Pacific Leadership Summit held in Xiamen in 2019. He is also responsible for Xiamen International MICE Week and other activities.

6）国际合作理事：潘俊安先生（Simoes Bruno）

澳门DOC DMC有限公司董事总经理

现担任澳门两家公司的合伙人- DOC DMC Macau | Hong Kong 和small WORLD 

Experience.Bruno先生在1993年时首次来到澳门，此后陆续任职澳门政权交接仪式协调办公室（包含2,500名代表和3,000个媒体人）活动管理人，时长15个月；澳门贸易投资促进局（IPIM）市场与公关经理，时长两年；在澳门经济局工作时长也达到三年。2008年，在一间著名的葡萄牙旅行中介（Geostar）担任市场营销与销售业务拓展经理。7年之后的潘俊安先生再次返回了澳门。

他是一个CMP（认证会议专业管理人），学习企业管理出身（1993年），并于1996年拿到了战略营销的MBA学位。他也是上届SITE中国分会的董事会成员和SKAL International 澳门俱乐部的秘书长。

Board Director for International Cooperation: Mr. Simoes Bruno

Managing Director of DOC DMC Macau/Hong Kong

Currently is a partner of two Macau companies-DOC DMC Macau | Hong Kong and small WORLD Experience. Mr. Bruno first came to Macau in 1993. Since then he has served as the event manager of the Coordination Office of the Handover Ceremony of Macau (including 2,500 representatives and 3,000 media people) for 15 months. Public relations manager for two years; also worked for three years in Macau Economic Bureau. In 2008, he served as marketing and sales development manager for a well-known Portuguese travel agency (Geostar). Seven years later, Mr. Pan Junan returned to Macau again. 

He is a CMP (Certified Conference Professional Manager) with a background in business management (1993) and obtained an MBA in Strategic Marketing in 1996. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the last SITE China Chapter and the Secretary General of SKAL International Macau Club.

1）青年委员会主席：贾紫薇，获CIS认证

贾紫薇在会议和奖励旅游领域有超过10年的经验。她在会展局、旅游局市场推广、会议中心市场推广、会展科技的运用等方面拥有丰富的经验。

现在，她负责多个国际会议局在中国的年度市场推广工作，包括方案制定、培训、调研和落实。她曾为众多国家和地区的会议局制定在中国的推广方案，如南非、维也纳、巴塞罗那、马耳他、伦敦、雅典、东京等等。同时，她还负责法国智奥集团在中国的协会市场推广他们的会议场地。

贾紫薇还是《中国社会组织》的编辑之一，负责该杂志商协会发展创新专刊的内容设计工作。该杂志是民政部旗下全国唯一的针对协会管理的专业性杂志。

贾紫薇是国际奖励旅游精英协会（SITE）全球青年委员会的理事，也是上一届SITE中国分会青年委员会主席，致力于帮助中国会展行业的青年力量在国际行业中的发声。她还是中国商务会展联盟的副秘书长和Gainingedge全球咨询顾问公司的中国顾问。

在加入博悦咨询（北京）有限公司之前，她在国家会议中心国际业务推广部负责会议中心的国际市场推广工作。贾紫薇拥有美国俄亥俄大学应用经济学硕士学位（2010）和厦门大学经济学学士学位（2008）。

Senior Sales Manager of IME Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Olivia has been in the Meeting and Incentive industries for 10 years. She has a diverse experience working in various capacities Travel Portals, Technology, Convention Center, Convention Bureau’s and Tourist Offices space.

Currently she is a strategic consultant to international CVBs and help them with Strategy, Content, Education and Research along with representing them in China for Sales and Marketing. She has worked on many projects for various government Tourist offices and Convention Bureau’s like South Africa, Vienna, Barcelona, Malta, London, Athens and Tokyo etc. Also she is helping GL Venues and Events to promote their convention venues in Chinese Association Market.

Olivia is in charge of the international marketing and promoting of "China Social Organization" magazine which is the only China’s national professional journals focus on association management. 

Olivia is on the board of SITE Global Young Leaders' Committee and the Chair woman of SITE China Chapter Young Leaders' Committee. She is also the Deputy Secretary- General of China Business Events Federation and one of the GainingEdge team

Prior to working for IME Consulting, Olivia served as the Marketing Manager of International Business Development Department of China National Convention Center. She was responsible for preparing Annual Department International Promotional Activities Plan and Annual International Advertising Plan and promoting CNCC as the leading Convention Center of China at major industry trade shows and sales trips overseas.
